Full Balance & Non-Refundable Deposit
Flower Wall Bermuda requires full balance to be paid once invoice is received by client. The $200 deposit is included in the full balance.
This deposit is non-refundable if you are to cancel for any reason.

Terms and Conditions
The hirer (“You”) has read and understood all of the terms and conditions listed below.
Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit & remaining full amount as has been paid.
A deposit of $ 200 will need to be paid with this booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled due to weather, funds will be refunded minus the $200 deposit fee. We are happy to postpone event and amend date based on availability, or we can set up indoors as back up from bad weather conditions if clients chooses too.
The Hirer is 100% responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment for any reason whatsoever except loss or damage which is caused by reasonable wear and tear.
It is agreed that upon the completion of the hire period, any replacement or repair cost of the equipment will be invoiced to hirer and must be paid within 48hrs.
Set up and dismantle of the photobooth is included in the quote.
De Pic Booth will not accept responsibility for any damages that occur to any property or persons during the event.
De Pic Booth is not to be moved once it has been set up, if it is moved without De Pic Booth's permission you be charged $100 fee and must be paid within 48hrs.
De Pic Booth shall not be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure.
